Terms and Conditions for the Skin Bank VIP Exclusive Event

 

1. Eligibility:

– The event is exclusively open to SkinBank VIP members at no cost.

– Each VIP member is entitled to bring one guest free of charge.

 

2. Registration & Participation:

– Participation slots are limited to 20. They are allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Once all slots are filled, no additional registrations will be accepted.

– Non-members interested in attending can either:

a. Sign up as a SkinBank VIP member at least 7 days prior to the event to gain free access.

b. Pay an entrance fee of 10 pounds on the day of the event, subject to available space.

 

3. Conduct:

– All participants are expected to conduct themselves respectfully and ensure they do not disturb other attendees or event proceedings.

– Any disruptive behavior may result in the participant being asked to leave without a refund.

 

4. Liability:

– Peonia Medical is not responsible for any personal belongings of attendees. It’s advised to keep valuables safe and not leave belongings unattended.

 

5. Cancellation & Refunds:

– If the event is cancelled by Peonia Medical due to unforeseen circumstances, attendees will be notified as soon as possible. Non-members who paid the 10-pound entrance fee will be refunded in full.

– VIP members and non-members who cannot attend after registration are requested to notify Peonia Medical in writing at least 48 hours prior to the event. While VIP members do not require a refund, this allows us to offer the slot to other interested participants.

 

6. Data Protection & Media Consent:

– All personal data collected during the registration process will be kept confidential and will only be used for the purpose of this event.

– By attending this event, participants grant SkinBank the permission to capture their image via photography or filming. These images may be used for marketing and promotional purposes.

– Should attendees not wish their photographs or footage to be used for marketing purposes, they must communicate this in written form to Peonia Medical prior to or during the event.
