We use the PicoMax ultra short pulse laser to remove skin pigmentation & tattoos, also to treat pigmentary skin conditions. PicoMax is effective in reducing wrinkles, acne, nevus, lentigo, cafe au lait, hyperpigmentation, freckles and melasma.
Effective Tattoo Removal
Creating an intense photoacoustic impact in trillionths of a second, PicoMax targets the chromophore for better clearance in fewer treatments while avoiding skin high thermal damage. The 1064nm wavelength targets black, blue, and green tattoo inks, while the 532nm wavelength offers effective treatment of red, yellow and orange inks, which are typically hard to correct.

How it Works
PicoMax is a picosecond medical laser with multiple wavelengths. PicoMax operates at four wavelengths: 532nm, 1064nm, 585nm and 660nm, making it ideal for treatment of pigmentary conditions, skin rejuvenation and tattoo removal.
PicoMax offers a high peak power with the shortest pulse duration of any Pico laser at 350ps. This Super Ultra Short Pulse delivers superior photoacoustic breakdown of pigment and the lower thermal action results in a lower risk of side effects.
