For an effective eyebrow lift

We provide eyebrow lift treatments in our London, Nottingham & Leicester clinics. A brow lift is ideal for patients over the age of 45, where the signs of ageing are becoming established; or for those for whom injectable treatments do not deliver enough of a difference due to excess loose skin, perhaps due to weight loss or sun exposure.

Our non-invasive cosmetic treatments can be used alongside brow lift surgery for a more complete result. All our doctors are highly skilled in the latest injectable treatments. Options to consider:

  • BOTOX® anti-wrinkle injections
  • Dermal Fillers to replenish lost volume
  • Thread-lifting to lift eyebrow skin

Our Nottingham and London clinics also offer advanced treatments using radiofrequency skin tightening technology, including Thermage FLX skin tightening and rejuvenation. You can expect great results from your surgery, but these can be used alongside to enhance the overall effect. Our surgeon Dr Tracy will be happy to advise.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is eyebrow lift surgery?

‘Browplexy’ is the medical name for a brow lift – it is our popular surgical procedure that removes excess skin to smooth and lift the forehead and brow area. This procedure effectively tackles signs of ageing in the brow area.

  • Surgery for rejuvenating and lifting the brow area
  • Trust our fully registered and experienced surgeons
  • Day case procedures at our Nottingham and London clinics
How long will it take to recover?
Typical recovery time from browplexy is up to 14 days. You can resume normal activities relatively soon after your procedure and there is no overnight stay at the clinic.
What are the side effects?
You will have some bruising and swelling for 5-10 days afterwards, but you will be ok to carry on normal daily activities after 3-4 days.
Is eyebrow lift surgery safe?
A surgical eyebrow lift is strictly under the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulation, which means only the CQC registered premises can provide this service safely. At Peonia Medical, we make sure you are only treated at a CQC registered premises with the highest clinical standards. Only the fully qualified, insured surgeons will provide the treatment for you.
What happens during and after the surgery?
The procedure involves your surgeon cutting the natural upper borders of your eyebrow after a thorough assessment and design. They will remove excess skin and fat and close the wound using beautiful stitches. The incision scar will be hidden along the eyebrow, so you will barely see it. The stitches are removed 5-7 days later. You will have some bruising and swelling for 5-10 days afterwards, but you will be ok to carry on normal daily activities after 3-4 days.
