Rejuvenate your skin with microneedling

We provide microneedling treatments in our London, Nottingham & Leicester clinics. Microneedling is used to reduce fine lines and wrinkles, add volume to the face and fade acne scarring. It is also known as skin needling and collagen induction therapy and is a treatment that uses small needles to create small punctures in the skin.

These small punctures encourage the body to begin a wound healing response and renew skin cells. As the skin heals and repairs collagen and elastin production is sparked to give an almost immediate volumising effect. Microneedling can also be used to tackle skin damage such as darker marks, scarring, sun damage and ageing.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can microneedling be used for?
Microneedling can be used to treat wrinkles, dull skin, rosacea, scarring, pigmentation and stretch marks.
How many treatments will I need?
The number of treatments you need will depend on your skin concerns. Treatments can be a single treatment or several courses of treatments.
Is there any downtime following treatment?
Your skin may be slightly red straight after treatment and could be flaky for a few days, although this varies from person to person. Most people are able to resume normal activities straight after and apply make up 24 hours after the treatment.
Does treatment hurt?
Some people experience a small amount of discomfort but most tolerate treatment well. Topical numbing cream is used before treatment to ensure the procedure is as comfortable as possible.
