Skin Regeneration at Peonia Medical
Healthy skin is not treated in a single step. At Peonia Medical, we guide patients through a structured approach: Repair, Rebuild, and Maintain.
Before any advanced treatment, the skin must be stabilised. This stage focuses on reducing inflammation, restoring the skin barrier, and preparing the skin for regeneration.
• Medical-grade skincare (e.g. AlumierMD)
• Barrier repair protocols
• Gentle skin treatments (LED, calming facials)

Rebuild: Polynucleotide Therapy (Ameela® & Plinest®)
Once the skin is stable, we introduce regenerative treatments such as Polynucleotides to improve skin quality at a cellular level.
Polynucleotides (PN) are highly purified DNA fragments that:
- Stimulate collagen production
- Improve hydration and elasticity
- Support tissue repair
- Enhance overall skin quality

- Fine lines and early ageing
- Dull or dehydrated skin
- Acne scarring and texture
- Under-eye rejuvenation
- Skin recovery post-laser

Results timeline:
- 2 weeks: improved hydration
- 4–6 weeks: smoother texture
- 8–12 weeks: collagen effect
